Celebrating Diversity in Nursing Science
Nurses are engaged in research addressing the health of diverse individuals, families, groups, and communities across the health-illness continuum and in a host of settings. To address this wide spectrum, nursing science is characterized by panoply of theoretical approaches, substantive areas of inquiry, and methodology. These efforts address the continuum of translational science and have the overriding goal of enhancing health. In the 22nd Annual Scientific Sessions, we will celebrate the rich diversity of nursing science through peer reviewed presentations, plenary sessions, research development sessions, networking opportunities, and expert panels. We invite submissions of original research that are consistent with this broad theme. Scientists, clinicians, and students from community, clinical, and academic settings are encouraged to participate.
