Your UserID is your five-digit SMDM member number and your Password is last name as normally spelled. (e.g. O’Malley, Johnson,
Smith-Davis, etc.)
New Members
New members are added to the directory on a quarterly basis, after their membership application has been processed and approved. If you are a new member and would
like immediate access to view other members, please contact the SMDM administrative office at 215-545-7697 to request a temporary UserID and Password.
